I don't live in Sapporo, but go there nearly every week for photography related things. These somewhat random tips for Sapporo will hopefully make your visit a little more interesting or cheaper.

| 1500-3000Y | A huge jump in price but even cheapskates like myself will leave felling they got every Yen's wroth. "The Buffet" deserves the name. As a buffet connoisseur this place has it all! And i don't mean just the variety of food. They have the best night view of Sapporo, a lively atmosphere, convenient location, great music, and 15M tall ceilings. Also can add "all you can drink" for up to 5 hours for just 900Y! Self-serve with 10 kinds of wine, draft beer and Sake. lunch is about 1200Y and dinner (5-10PM) is about 2000Y | 7th floor of Daimaru. (part of the Sapporo Station) |

Singles will be charge for 2 beds, but even at that price its not a bad deal. Good Breakfast 250Y Copy and paste the Japanese name into this site for actual prices. www.jalan.net You will need to know japanese to make a reservation, or you could try to translate the page using an automatic site translator. |
