This land is their land
We are only caretakers of the land, it belongs to our ancestors and our children.
I'm starting a new project about human interaction with the earth. This project was suggested to me about a week ago by a man who wants me to have a photo show about such a topic. i was interested but said i had few photos that fit that theme. On my recent 5 day travels in the east of Hokkaido i was presented with unnerving number of scenes that perfectly fit the topic. More than i had seen in my previous 2 and a half years in Hokkaido.
