 TIP OF THE WEEK

This Photo was taken hand held at 1/20 of a second. Very slow but there is no blur from camera shake. This is becuase the effective focal length is only 15mm, so over 1/15th of a second should be enough to stop camera shake if you are careful. Many new SLR owners get a big zoom, but you have to be careful to keep your shutter speeds 1/focal length. so zoomed at 220mm should be at least 1/250 of a second.
